FBS is a good broker till its time to withdraw your profits, they offer scam withdrawal option like Neteller skrill n the rest which dont work when you live in South Africa, stay away from this broker if you in SA coz all the withdrawal methods offered are unreliable. My money is stuck in Neteller right now, its useless I cant withdraw it to my bank account. Normal brokers allow you to withdraw your profits via your bank card but FBS doesnt

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that FBS always chooses the best payment options available.

Also, in your Personal Area you should see only those payment systems that are available in your country. In case you see a system which cannot be used in your country, please, kindly inform us and we will check and correct it if needed.

Both Neteller and Skrill are reliable payment systems providing their services for almost 20 years already and there definitely should be some adequate reason why your withdrawal from Neteller account has been rejected. Unfortunately, we cannot check it from our side, but we can recommend you to contact Neteller customer support regarding your withdrawal.

As for the withdrawal via card, please, kindly be informed that you can withdraw to the bank card, but only the sum not exceeding the amount of your deposit, since this payment system allows only refunds of the deposited funds to exclude any money-laundering or fraudulent schemes. We hope for your kind understanding.

I joined FBS since 2015. I first traded using a no deposit $5. Indeed for spreads on FBS when the news rilis is very wide and in my opinion this is very uncomfortable. but the speed of execution is very fast and the service from CS is very friendly. I have experienced problems with my deposit and they are very helpful

I am a forex trader so I had deposited 50$ to my ECN account and I made 151$ profit out of 50$ within 2 days. There was a total of 201$ available in my account and I tried to withdraw but they refused to pay me,although they didnt refuse to pay directly but in other ways. Dont trust them, they wont pay you. Another thing I noticed was when they took money out of my card which was a very smooth and very first process but when I requested my money they started dramas. Im saying again FBS scammers, dont trust them.

Unfortunately, you didnt provide any account details so we could check the case and give a reply. But, since we can understand from your comment that you have made a deposit via card, we would like to remind you the following:

1) Visa/Mastercard is a payment system, that allows only a refund of the deposited funds. This means that you can withdraw via card only the sum not exceeding the sum of your deposit (up to 100% of the initial deposit can be withdrawn back to the card). The amount over the initial deposit (profit) can be withdrawn to other payment system.

2) Also, this means that withdrawal should be processed proportionally to the deposited sums.For example:You deposited via credit/debit card 10$, then 20$, then 30$.You will need to withdraw back to this card 10$ + withdrawal fee, 20$ + withdrawal fee, then 30$ + withdrawal fee.

3) If you deposited via credit/debit card and via other payment system, you need to withdraw back to the card first: withdrawal via card is of the top priority.

4) According to the Customer Agreement (5.2.7.), if an account was funded via debit or credit card, a card copy is required to process a withdrawal. The copy must contain the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card number, cardholders name, expiry date and cardholders signature.You should cover your CVV code on the back side of the card for security purpose. On the back side of your card we need only your signature which confirms card validity.

just 2 days ago i saw on an arabic website new video for someone left there account for months and when he opened it he found money and opened orders with margin lvl -2000 !!!

Also i have to say that there official representative in egypt telling us that our accounts are under the CYSC regulations while only there website fbs.eu is under CYSC and opened just one year ago no body visiting it any way

That issue had been solved. We have replied to this client before:

Regarding your order, we have checked the log files of your order as well as the server logs of your Personal Area and would like to bring to your attention the fact that the 425578487 order was opened from the same IP address that was used to both log in to the account and open the other orders you have. With your permission we may provide the bespoken IP address if you want.

As for the order closure, let us kindly clarify the situation here: the bespoken order has been opened on 19.02.2018 and closed by Stop Out on 01.03.2018. After a period of time this account has been archived with 0 balance since the account was not used. A client has restored the account, but due some technical glitch it has been restored with an open order (425578487). As soon this has been discovered the issue has been fixed. Please, kindly take into consideration that he trading result was not affected in any way.

We would like to focus on the following points:

1. The 425578487 order was opened from the same IP address that was used to both log in to the account and open the other orders you have. We can provide you personally the logs of our server with confirmation that the order request has been received from the authorized terminal. Also you can try and search for he log files from your own terminal if they have been saved.

2. In case the order has been opened by some third party from your IP, according to the Customer Agreement:7.4. To provide confidentiality of all trading operations, performed by the Client, access to a trader Personal Area and trading terminal are secured via passwords. The Client is solely liable for keeping his/her logins and passwords. The Company is not responsible for any losses caused by disclosing the password to any third parties.

3. The whole situation has been explained in our previous reply: the order has been opened on 19.02.2018 and closed by Stop Out on 01.03.2018. After a period of time this account has been automatically archived due to the non-use. A client has restored the account on 03.07.2018, but due some technical glitch it has been restored with an open order (425578487). As soon as this has been discovered the issue has been fixed, the order has been closed manually with the real trading result registered in the server log files, i.e. P/L -251.60$.

I have been trading with this broker for a few months, but it seems like we are being watched, especially when we are in the profit state, and I dont feel convenient on that. Moreover, I saw there are many reviews at here complaining the same thing on their trading, so I guess my hunch tells me well.

Thanks for FBS rep. reply. All my screenshots I sent you that I took from the automatic email daily confirmed of trading from FBS. Is the email evident or not? If It is, I can send back to FBS. If not, there nothing to do and It show that FBS is a Big scam broker.

The all price of Palladium pair at 18/3 is not huge gap. I have trading with more than 300 trades, with the first 150 trades, I only earn 900$, this is a big or small? with 30 trades I only earn 1$ or 2$ each, It is a small money. I have let an eye on Palladium a long time. So the time I have trading win 58000$ took 10 hours or more, this is not fault as FBS said. They only show a uncleared reason to take money from you.

My friend do not agree to show his account number. So I cant show for FBS. But he also trade on the same time with palladium pair with me because we have looked at palladium pair together, and we only set selling this pair, not buying at that time.

If you lost or win with a small amount of money is ok. But if you win with big amount of money, they do not pay you. This is definitely an extraordinary case and we totally understand your frustration.Kindly let us clarify it here.On 18.03.2019 at 19:00 (MetaTrader 4 time), there was a series of off-market quotes from our liquidity provider (Palladium trading tool). Unfortunately, off-market quote is an occasional phenomenon that can happen with any broker providing market execution of orders (including our company). It is worth mentioning that in most cases such quotes are sent by a liquidity provider due to some technical issue on their side, however, our specialists always take all the necessary measures to prevent those events. Also, we would like to remind you that we always act strictly according to our Customer Agreement.Such situation is rare, but technical errors are possible to our regret. We do everything in our power to ensure and monitor that this does not happen, but still no broker is immune to such situation.With off-quote situation being fixed, according to the world market practice and our Customer Agreement the off-market orders are usually cancelled. And by cancellation we surely mean not only removal of profitable orders, but lossmaking too. Thus, we act not only according to the Customer Agreement, but also according to the world market practice. If you check other broker companies, you will see that most of them delete orders opened or closed with off-market quote. Such practice is widespread due to the fact that order opened or closed with off-market quote cannot be considered correct. The loss or profit a client gets for trading on off-market quote considered as inaccurate as well. Consequently, the balance of a client is recovered to the level that was before off-market quote. As we have already stated in our previous reply, we do confirm that at the bespoken time period there was a period of irregular market situation: there was a huge discrepancy between liquidity providers, which provided an enormous price difference which could not be considered as actual. And since these orders can be stated only as off-market, all of them has been annulled in full accordance with Customer Agreement:

9.5.5. The Company reserves the right to reconsider the provided quotes for any time period if, according to the Company, such quotes fall within the definition of an Off-market quote, and/or Irregular market conditions, and/or an Obvious error defined in the present Agreement and/or in the Terms and definitions section, and revise the financial results of the trading operations executed at such quotes.

FBS does not conceal the fact that the orders were cancelled, therefore trading statement cannot be considered as proof, because there is nothing to prove. Also, we are not talking about any gap, we are talking about irregular market conditions.

Next, we would like to point out that statement that FBS has cancelled only profit is totally incorrect. FBS has removed not only profitable orders, but lossmaking too (for example, 651232697, 651237423, 651257718, 651295287, 651295539, 651300742, 651306014 orders and its not the full list of the orders with loss). FBS acts not only according to the Customer Agreement, but also according to the world market practice. The loss or profit a client gets for trading on off-market quote considered as inaccurate as well. Consequently, the balance of a client is recovered to the level that was before off-market quote. No additional funds are deducted.

Also, it is clearly seen that you went from your usual trading with 0.1 lot volume during normal market quotation to trading with 6 lot volume during irregular market conditions, which gives us a confirmation that you were aware that market situation was far from regular.

And, as we have already written, the irregular market situation, unfortunately, has been registered not immediately – we bring our sincere apologies about it. Therefore, looks like your friend has managed to withdraw funds before the issue has been found out. Still, thank you for the information, we will thoroughly check it.

And last, but not least, we are sorry to admit, but according to the Customer Agreement, should a dispute situation arise, the Client is entitled to make a claim against the Company. Claims are accepted within 2 working days since the moment the grounds for a claim appeared (8.1.1.). This means that your claim cannot be reconsidered in any way.

30/04/2018 I made over $39000 profit but FBS deleted all my profits, my all trades are manual, but broker deleted all my profits, still now me and my family too much worrying about hard-earned $39000 profit. very bad experience I faced in FBS, they just allowing to withdraw small profits, if we make a big profit, they deleting all profits and start saying stories to convince us, poor traders believe their stories and losing their profits without asking any questions.

On 30.04.2018 our Technical Department has registered a case of irregular market conditions: there was a huge discrepancy between different liquidity providers, different banks provided a huge price difference which could not be considered as actual. And since these orders can be considered only as off-market, all of them has been annulled in full accordance with Customer Agreement, the commission for these orders has been revoked as well. None of the funds deposited, lost or gained before this situation of after it have been affected, as we all can see from your screenshots.

As you can see there was a case of off/market quotes, which means that FBS was provided with quotes/prices unavailable on the Market. This rarely happens, but no broker is fully protected from technical mistakes on the side of the liquidity provider.

As our agent has also previously noted, according to our Customer Agreement:

9.5.5. The Company reserves the right to reconsider the provided quotes for any time period if, according to the Company, such quotes fall within the definition of an Off-market quote, and/or Irregular market conditions, and/or an Obvious error defined in the present Agreement and/or in the Terms and definitions section, and revise the financial results of the trading operations executed at such quotes.

The deals you are referring to were all cancelled because they were executed by the off/market quotes, according to the FBS Customer agreement and world market practice. The loss or profit a client gets for trading on off-market quote considered as inaccurate. Therefore, the balance of a client is recovered to the level that was before off-market quote. No additional funds are deducted. Which means that your deposit remains on your account while all losses and profits are cancelled.

While we do understand your worries, please note, that as an NDD broker FBS only executes orders by the market prices, therefore all orders based on off-market quotes will be removed according to the Customer Agreement and no profit can be restored.
